Hello,
I'm Nick, and I'm delighted to extend a warm welcome to you. I'm committed to helping you find a path to better emotional well-being and personal growth.
Life can throw its curveballs, and it's natural to feel a bit lost at times. As a licensed therapist, my goal is to provide you with a safe space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings. I believe in the potential for positive change that exists within all of us.
I don't have a physical office space at this time. I can see clients virtually, or I can come to your home or office.

Welcome. Seeking therapy is a meaningful step, and I believe you deserve a space where you can feel heard, respected, and supported without judgment. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that people have the capacity to heal, grow, and build lives that feel more manageable and fulfilling. I am Juton and I am a clinically licensed professional with over 15 years of experience providing crisis intervention, grief support, behavioral health services, clinical practice support, and training for helping professionals. My professional background includes work with individuals facing acute stress, life transitions, loss, emotional overwhelm, relationship concerns, and the effects of demanding work or caregiving roles. I work with adults who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, burnout, grief and bereavement, adjustment challenges, trauma-related stress, low self-esteem, or difficulty managing major changes in their lives. I am especially passionate about supporting people in high-stress helping professions, including healthcare workers, first responders, educators, caregivers, and behavioral health professionals. I would be honored to support you on that journey.
My name is Najm Zaman, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges, heal from trauma, and build lasting resilience! My professional journey spans over 15 years across clinical practice, healthcare operations, and community leadership. I hold both a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) and a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Adelphi University. Throughout my career, I have served in diverse roles—from supervising foster care programs to leading community-based non-profit organizations and wellness initiatives. This background allows me to understand my clients not just in isolation, but within the broader context of their environments, families, and communities.
While I work with a wide range of individuals, my primary areas of specialization include:
- Trauma, PTSD, and Stressor-Related Disorders
- Anxiety, Depression, OCD, ADHD, and Mood Management
- Life Transitions, Identity Development, and Cultural or Ethnic Identity
- Grief, Loss, and End of Life Concerns
- Men's Issues, Women's Issues, and Maternal Mental Health (including postpartum adjustment and infertility)
- Youth, Young Adult, and Family Dynamics
- Relationships and Breakups
I believe healing happens in the context of safe, attuned relationships. Whether I’m working with a child through play, supporting parents, or helping adults understand their relational patterns, my work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and collaboration.
I have extensive experience working with children and families, particularly around attachment-related concerns, including families formed through foster care and adoption. I also enjoy working with adults who want to better understand how early relational experiences may still influence their relationships today.
I am trained in the Adult Attachment Interview (AAI), a research-based interview that can help adults explore how early experiences shape the way they connect with others. When appropriate, I can integrate this perspective into our therapy work together.
Hi! My name is Beren Karlson, LCSW. I have been in practice over 5 years, specializing in working with individuals impacted by trauma, depression, anxiety, and stress. I believe mental health treatment should feel safe, supportive, challenging, and sometimes fun.
ADHD is my superpower and I enjoy helping clients make sense of the chaotic mind. If you are constantly overthinking before bed or feeling paralyzed by your daily to-do list, we will work together to break that cycle. I understand past experiences, often unidentified traumas, shape how we show up in present interactions. Life transitions can be difficult, and it is my pleasure to assist you whether you are changing careers, expanding or downsizing in family roles, or just trying to decide what's next. Life stressors are inevitable, but they don't have to be anxiety-filled experiences.
I specialize in working with teens and adults navigating things like school refusal, emotional dysregulation, anger, self harm, anxiety, depression, OCD, life transitions, and personal growth. I work with teens ages 13 to 18 as well as adults, and my goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and not alone in what you are going through.
Outside of my work, I enjoy being creative, staying organized, and spending time with my husband, our dog, and our two daughters, which helps me stay grounded and connected in my own life as well.
