Hi, I'm Dr. Ruma Mian, a board-certified psychiatrist and founder of Texas Triangle Adult Psychiatry. I have a diverse background in helping individuals struggling with depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, insomnia and other mental health conditions that may be distressing in my experience as a general psychiatrist. In addition to running a private practice, I am also an Attending and Assistant Professor of Medicine at a local hospital in the Houston area. I completed my residency at the Carilion Clinic Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine.
